Small and narrow cuts will be no problem. dual 500 lb. capacity hold down clamps and a special abrasive strip hold your material in place once you align it flush with the outer edge. Just glide the sled along your router fence using the sturdy plastic handle. Cut into the backer block (reducing sloppy tearout), completing your cut. Backer block is replaceable, allowing use of multiple profiles. This 9-1/2" x 18-3/8" x 1/4" thick PVC sled can also hold smaller workpieces, keeping fingers away from dangerous blades. REMEMBER: Always keep router bits seated with at least 1 inch of metal gripped by the collet.
